No diagnosis of any kind is required to attend.

When & Where: Mondays (beginning 3/10) from 12:30 - 2:30 on Zoom

How It Works:

  • Join a low-pressure, virtual work session where you can focus on your tasks alongside others.

  • A coach will be available throughout the session for individual support and questions should they come up.
